For Faculty and Staff:In addition to cultivating talent that meets corporate needs and societal expectations, and to implement a holistic education philosophy grounded in social responsibility, the university actively recruits employees with disabilities—thereby supporting vulnerable groups in the labor market—in accordance with Article 38 of the Protection of Rights and Interests of Persons with Disabilities Act. This statute mandates that private schools, organizations, and private enterprises with a total workforce of 67 or more employees must employ persons with disabilities who possess employability; the number of such employees must be at least 1% of the total workforce and no fewer than one person.
For Students:CYCU requires each department to allocate at least one admission quota for students with disabilities through the Recommendation and Screening-based Admission for Disabled Students. Additionally, each department offers priority admission slots for disadvantaged students through the Admission by Application process.
