1.Assist the Chief Sustainability Officer in overseeing the Office of Sustainability and the Center for Net-Zero Transformation and Sustainability 2.Coordinate meeting arrangements and manage the distribution of official documents within the Office of Sustainability 3.Compile and manage the office’s budget, financial adjustments, work reports, and performance summaries 4.Serve as the liaison for the Taiwan Green University Alliance, the Center for Net-Zero Transformation and Sustainability, and the U12 Consortium 5.Plan and coordinate ISO audit operations and internal control procedures 6.Handle administrative affairs and facilitate communication and coordination across departments 7.Plan, manage, and maintain the Office of Sustainability’s website 8.Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors	1251
