Through international collaboration and research, CYCU compares approaches to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and develops international best practices. By comparing Malaysian and Taiwanese approaches to eco-friendly design, green architecture, and permaculture, the two universities explored shared solutions for harmony between cities and the environment. The hands-on workshop turned global SDG benchmarks into practical local community projects and encouraged international academic exchange and sustainable regional development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"872\" height=\"631\" src=\"https:\/\/sdgs.cycu.edu.tw\/wp-content\/uploads\/17.2.4-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11899\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sdgs.cycu.edu.tw\/wp-content\/uploads\/17.2.4-1.png 872w, https:\/\/sdgs.cycu.edu.tw\/wp-content\/uploads\/17.2.4-1-767x555.png 767w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 872px) 100vw, 872px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CYCU Overseas Volunteer Teams Serve in Cambodia and Thailand: Examining SDG Best Practices and Digital Sustainability Through Global Collaboration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chung Yuan Christian University (CYCU) sent three overseas youth volunteer teams to Cambodia and Thailand for English teacher training, language camps, and AI and Python information literacy. The teams, which were received by President Lai Ching-te, worked with local NGOs such as KAKO. Through international collaboration and field research, CYCU compares approaches to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and develops international best practices to bridge digital and educational divides. Through international collaboration and research, CYCU compares approaches to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and develops international best practices in healthcare and materials science.
