1.According to Article 21, Paragraph 3 of Chung Yuan Christian University’s Employee Work Regulations, the university may allow employees to flexibly adjust their start and end times within one hour to accommodate family care needs, without changing the total daily working hours.
2.Each academic year, the university announces adjusted working hours during winter and summer breaks, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with Fridays designated as “non-working days.” Supervisors are encouraged to promote the use of special leave for physical and mental well-being and to approve leave requests with flexibility.
3. A small number of Chung Yuan Christian University employees were granted approval to work from home due to mobility issues resulting from injuries or the need to care for family members.
