To manage waste that may cause environmental pollution and to prevent contamination, the University has established the Waste Management Procedure in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
The Service Division of the General Affairs Office is responsible for the management, disposal, and recycling of general waste. Disposal is outsourced, and removal is carried out by certified waste collection contractors, whose garbage trucks collect waste at designated collection points on campus.
The Environmental Safety Center is responsible for removing laboratory waste, coordinating its treatment, and reporting it.
